Pros

The people and the tech stack. I love working with every single person on the team. The culture here values people first and motivates everyone to do their best. The tech stack is modern and always improving. Many different challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. There is no fakeness here everyone is genuine and honest about how they feel. For sure the best place I have worked and I doubt there are many like it.

Cons

A little hard to understand the business side of things as it is complicated. The growth is a little slow sometimes but there is a huge untapped market that is waiting for us to seize. The company is always looking to spend more to make more.

Pros

My teammates are the #1 reason I love working at HealthFidelity. Everybody is always generous with their time and knowledge, and there's a strong sense of shared ownership for the customer experience.

Cons

As with all small businesses, you have to be flexible with changing tech, shifting priorities, and some turnover on the team. It can be intense at times. Not everyone is cut-out for the small business environment.

Pros

Here's why I work for Health Fidelity: - My colleagues are hands down, really great people who are also smart, professional, supportive, and very good at what they do. - I've got the freedom to explore the best way to fulfill my objectives. I'm not constrained by legacy or bureaucratic norms. - The software applications we offer are important to the transformation of healthcare to a more data-driven and affordable system. - Life is not dull here; it's far from it. We have to be creative, do hard things, collaborate, and constantly assess our performance.

Cons

Here's why I've pictured myself somewhere else occasionally: - Resources at a small(ish) startup means lots of DIY. That can be a grind sometimes and interfere with progress in other areas. - You need the ability to weather shifts in strategy, development priorities, and unexpected challenges without being ruffled. This happens more frequently here than in my previous experiences, but HF is also the only startup I've worked for.
