The hours are flexible, the overtime is always available

Cons

My pay was cut by a large amount when I went full time. I had to work my buns off each week, just to make ends meet. When I put my patients needs above my own, I got called a liar, a trouble maker and was treated badly.

Too many to name - Managers do not care about employees, once you have a target on your back for any reason you are let go. Target could be anything from actually doing something wrong, or just being employed with the company too long
