      I liked the people I worked with at the staff and peer level. The benefits were good; pay was average to slightly above average

      Cons

      Constant leadership reorganization, going back at least a decade and continuing. Growing faster than infrastructure and talent can support. Unable to feel proud about the health care delivery system. Quality employees are overworked, not to keep up or make progress, but just to keep from failing.

      Awesome company with great benefits

      So far the only thing I can say is that the micromanaging of your employees leaves a lot to be desired. Employees are great and they don't need a manager to stand over them and critique their work. They do an awesome job-let them do it without the recording of the calls. Honestly is this a job or a jail?

      My co-workers really took the team approach seriously

      Leadership is so out of touch w those that actually touch patients. They are clueless! One of their brilliant ideas was to decrease the number of CNAs on the unit and increase the number of patients per nurse yet they couldn't figure out why scores went down? Really?
