Pros

They offer Free gym membership and Cigna insurance

Cons

Very poor pay Very bad work conditions and very unclean hospital (HRMC) No true benefits. They claim to offer tuition re-imbursement. They say benefits after 90 days however you can’t get tuition reimbursement until 6 months as a benefit. After they give you the money you are bound to them for a year after at the very worst pay rate.

Pros

Depending on unit - has some great management. Healthcare benefits are great I think? Only if you use their plan with their providers otherwise you are paying out the wazoo.

Cons

Pay is subpar; they’d rather hemorrhage employees over a few dollars/hr than to raise their pay and keep their staff happy. Too “customer” based and not focused enough of happy staff.
