      Pros

      Most open and transparent company I've ever worked for. We are growing and making a difference in the community. Allows associates to be passionate, even with that involves some "heat". I feel more engaged here than I have with any past employer.

      Cons

      The only "con" that I can think of is that the weather stinks in the summer. And sometimes the lagoon does, too. Maybe Health First can do something about that.
