      Great Company, But Smaller, With Less Opportunity To Move Up

      Pros

      This company has great health insurance benefits, seeks feedback from associates, and has given me a great work/life balance that I had not been able to enjoy prior to working here.

      Cons

      It is very difficult trying to move up in this company. I already had a bachelor's degree, but had to come into the company through dietary back in 2012 and transferred to my current department a year later. I have been trying to transfer into other departments in order to utilize my degree for the last year without luck.
