      Pros

      I've worked in many different facilities; This company by far has the BEST hiring process ever... They are very attentative to thier employees during the onboarding process and throughout; Not to mention a company that owns thier own health insurance as well, which is a bonus. Lot's of oppertunity for growth, not only company wise, but profession as well.

      Cons

      I've only been here for roughly a month, so I will update as I go along but the only con for me thus far is that it is the distance.... to be continued...

      Pros

      Friendly staff. Good work schedule. Located in central part of city. Close to schools, shopping, churches, eating establishments.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanages. Not a lot of upper management interaction with the average working associate. Not always able to get supplies to do the job properly.
