Pros

Health First is the best Enterprise employer in Brevard County outside of the Aerospace/Defense companies. You should work here if you're interested in medicine, general business, insurance, or social work. This company stands by its rules very firmly and its very easy to take advantage of the employer or face rule changes that make your job much more difficult. It's a constant give and take.

Cons

Some managers are ruthless, some employees can be brainless, and you will suddenly and unexpectedly have the book thrown at you if you're not careful. But if you protect yourself and play it smart, everyone is a blast to work with and everyday is different and filled with unique challenges. Keep in mind work is a financial arrangement and keep your vacation saved up to protect yourself.
