      Pros

      They foster such an upbeat environment, everyone is very nice. Great salary. Amazing benefits and healthcare coverage.

      Cons

      Working with other departments efficiently can be tricky.

      Disappointed in Health First

      Pros

      It’s one of the largest employers in Brevard County.

      Cons

      The larger HF has become, the further they are getting away from understanding and putting there employees first. Both clinical and non clinical are overworked and underpaid. The employees who don’t give 100% are far more likely to be rewarded and promoted versus the employee who goes above and beyond.
