      Pros

      Great salary and benefits, great professional and knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      Sr. Leaders not all on the same page. Mixed messages to associates and middle management. Trying to accomplish too much too fast so many important initiatives are not implemented fully or successfully.

      Pros

      Good pay. Great hours. 4 weeks of PTO a year. Promote from within as easy as 6 months.

      Cons

      Strict attendence policy. Other than that its a great company to work for and I dont have much complaints at all.

      Pros

      Affordable health insurance with good coverage, free gym membership. Work environment and coworkers really depend on location, but there are many locations and departments and it's pretty easy to transfer between.

      Cons

      Benefits have slowly been decreasing in quality over the years due to budget cuts. No longer able to accrue unlimited amounts of PL, also no longer able to cash out PL. My top complaint: holidays come out of PL bank, so employees have to accrue their holiday pay, which is awful for those who are hired FT right before the holidays (me..).
