      Pros

      Night shift therapists are a tight crew encouraging independent thinking. Current supervisor great advocate for his therapists. Charge therapists voices are LARGELY heard.

      Cons

      ICU docs make it difficult to care for ventilated patients because they have different expectations. Day and night crew don't necessarily cover each others' backs. However, if one proves themselves a sound clinician with good integrity, they will do great.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good reasons, health ins, gym membership.

      Cons

      The only thing I can see that is very weak is lacking in communication especially starting at the Leadership level.
