      Pros

      Open culture, and very much customer centric organization. It is an IDN - Integrated delivery network system.

      I don't see anything Ideal place to work.

      Decent benefits, lots of areas to work in

      Cons

      Too much turn over of management, not enough training, poor communication from managment, peers complain mgmt via email about peers, cut-throat environment, peers verbally abusive, staff to nurse ratio dangerous, charge nurses sit around doing nothing and don't offer support answer questions, mgmt keeps adding on responbilites- do I need to say more
