Pros

Some pros of working at Health First are the associates that you work with are great people and make work enjoyable. Leadership is approachable. Health insurance is affordable and more competitive than other organizations, and there are remote work opportunities.

Cons

Cons- Difficult to progress in career, ignoring problem managers, salaries not competitive, PTO policies not competitive, poor roll out and coordination of new initiatives.
