Awful Pay and Benefits

Pros

Remote work (from within Florida though). Good place to start just to build a resume, but you’ll be desperate and ready to leave in a year or two.

Cons

No paid holidays, no sick days, no maternity leave. Huge gender pay gap. On call rotations. You can’t live outside Florida. Pay is ridiculous especially for female employees who are usually dumped in the very bottom of the pay grade, while men tend to land in the middle. Company swags are sold, not given. Very conservative place.

Pros

-the patients were great and thankful!

Cons

- management had two sets of rules: for those they liked, and those they didn't -HR never gave the same information twice, they don't have your best interest in mind -Can't trust anything anyone says, so write everything down and who said it and when -bottom line: don't work here...go somewhere where they actually pay you a fair wage and care!
