Their health insurance if you could afford it.

Cons

They do not care for their employees especially the ones that have been there for years. Also their pay is awful for all the work that is asked of you.

Wonderful community, pleasant area. Close to beaches.

Cons

There was no longer a balance of older experienced nurses and new grads. Very little support from middle management nurses that did not have management education or experience.
