      Don't bother this place does not value its employees

      Pros

      Decent benefits, lots of areas to work in

      Cons

      Too much turn over of management, not enough training, poor communication from managment, peers complain mgmt via email about peers, cut-throat environment, peers verbally abusive, staff to nurse ratio dangerous, charge nurses sit around doing nothing and don't offer support answer questions, mgmt keeps adding on responbilites- do I need to say more

      Pros

      Any person who is not management is basically a decent person. Benefits are good as well, probably best benefits in town.

      Cons

      Management is shady. They do not care about the employee, all they care about is assigning blame to those under them. There are no leaders here on the Administration side. I cannot speak for the clinical side of things.
