      Unsafe staffing. Too many admins. Profit above safety

      Good benefits. Overtime available if you want to work yourself to death

      Cons

      Unsafe staffing ratios. Company spent 100,000+ on a seminar only to say we ended fiscal year in the negative. Threatening layoffs. Admins make 6 figures while clinical staff struggles to make ends meet while trying to keep their patients alive in unsafe conditions.

      Great team members/coworkers - trainer for software was very knowledgeable

      Cons

      Worst management team, low pay, spoke negatively about employees they were currently over to other employees on team..expected considerable overtime while manager took recognition
