Pros

-the patients were great and thankful!

Cons

- management had two sets of rules: for those they liked, and those they didn't -HR never gave the same information twice, they don't have your best interest in mind -Can't trust anything anyone says, so write everything down and who said it and when -bottom line: don't work here...go somewhere where they actually pay you a fair wage and care!

Lack of communication within departments and from top admin down Favoritism towards specific departments while ignoring others Lack of follow through on some initiatives Less competitive than other healthcare facilities Doesn’t recognize or can’t meet staffing needs
