Benefits, competitive pay, I ran out of things to put as pros

Cons

Supervisor only saw me for maybe 5 minutes a week from the time I was hired, everyone just plays the blame game. Training is an organized joke. Pushy about religion(ex bible verses in company wide emails)

I worked for HF for 10 years. The first 8 years were great, the last 2 were horrible.

My coworkers were like family. I developed lifelong friendships with a lot of them. Patient safety is always priority.

Cons

Administration is out of touch with what it's like to work on the floor as a RN. Short staffed all the time. Patient to nurse ratio unsafe.
