Management within Health First it self is terrible,not Dermatology Alot of financial decisions impacting staff and patients.

They offer Free gym membership and Cigna insurance

Cons

Very poor pay Very bad work conditions and very unclean hospital (HRMC) No true benefits. They claim to offer tuition re-imbursement. They say benefits after 90 days however you can’t get tuition reimbursement until 6 months as a benefit. After they give you the money you are bound to them for a year after at the very worst pay rate.
