Upper management is killing the company. Beware.

It was good for a while but the upper management teams keeps getting switched causing confusion with new upper management that don’t know much about how the company works.

Cons

Compensation was well for a while but then they kept changing the structure mid quarter to make it confusing and pay less. Operations is very disorganized and upper management doesn’t listen to the little guys that are actually bringing in the revenue. We were told there was no more product left without any heads up and they wanted to change our roles.

Cons

A company in serious transition. Laid off/fired a 1/3 of its workforce in the last 12-months (including its former CEO). A lot of unknowns. The qualities that originally defined the culture and history are no longer there.
