Pros

the most you'll make in the area as a csr; opportunity for overtime ; good health care benefits

Cons

if its a busy month they mandate overtime Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays as well ; pto requests typically denied; like most call centers strict about amount of time allotted off of the phone ; hard to get and stay approved for FMLA ; used to only be open 7am-7pm est now 24 hrs as new employee likely to get later or overnight shifts ; supervisors aren't always available when needed

Great Company to work for, but difficult to move up

Pros

Most low level managers and directors are very flexible when it comes to balancing work and personal lives. Pay ranges are fair compared to other companies in the industry. Health coverage is excellent, they even cover unmarried and unregistered partners and their children.

Cons

Difficult to move up in the organization due to low levels of turnover and vacancies. Yearly increase in health care costs results in less take home pay each year. Very few salary increases within same position, and when you do receive an increase, it usually does not match the raising cost of health care.

Pros

The salary was very competitive, and exceeded that of a local competitor. The performance evaluation and review process was very structured, and my performance goals were directly linked to our goals as an organization, so I was able to see how my efforts directly related to the corporate goals. While working here, they expanded their tuition reimbursement to $5,000 per year, and I was able to complete my undergraduate degree while working full time.

Cons

The was little opportunity for job growth due to the nature of the work-sites, and these have since been discontinued through the contract. My position no longer exists.
