Remote work is accepted. Most of the leadership is decent. Up until recently, employment was stable and reliable.

Cons

Promotions within the company will pay less than someone coming from the outside. Some leadership have favorites, so promotions are not always based on performance and/or experience. Bad leadership does not get removed. Health Net often launches a new idea without the plan being worked out first. When Health Net has a choice between spending money on new technology/systems, they always choose to try to work with what is existing. As a result, work that should be automated is manual and results in more errors and more rework.

I like my team and my peers, it's a great place to work, it's my second home.

Cons

it's hard to coordinate sometimes with other department, you need to follow up after follow up with no response and you have to schedule a meeting to get their attention
