Great place to skate by, but banish the thought of long term success.

Incompetent management allows ineffective and lazy workers to survive for a long time. Great 401k match, and lots of PTO.

Cons

The company is going down the toilet and management has no clue what to do. Poor long term job security.

Pros

Support for work/life balance. Good benefits and pay is average.

Cons

Continually doing more with less. Constant layoffs and restructuring has negative impact on morale and ability to provide good customer service. Senior management has no apparent concern about how erratic decision-making and lack of communications about company direction and strategy have on the employees. Many upper management executives are viewed as unapproachable and out of touch. Complete lack of support for real employee development and training. Professional development is not financially supported by the company, except for very narrowly defined benefits for continuing education.

Pros

It is steady good employment that benefits our United States Military and their families - who already sacrifices so much for our freedoms.

Cons

Too many variables to mention here. Namely that there were so many inconsistencies across the board. I only temped, so everything didn't apply to me.
