Everything else. Pay, benefits, management, the high school clique mentality. The inter department fighting and name calling is ridiculous. It's like working with a bunch of high school or worse yet, junior high school kids. Policies are constantly changing and nobody is ever told until after the fact. Raises are ridiculous.

This company claims to have support once you make it in the floor but it's a sink or swim environment. management brings in there friends and will show special treatment. No room to grow. Long training process but it's a waste of time because your not learning anything you will be using up stairs on the floor. The turn over rate is super High. If a class of 30 starts only 2 people from the hiring class will make it 2 months in not because the job is hard but because of hazing and no support from the permanent Employees . For all the crap you deal with the pay is not enough.
