Business Outlook
Pros
I've been with the company for 8 years. There is plenty of room for growth in multiple areas. Management is great. They listen to your ideas and out forth all efforts for process improvement.
Cons
Raises are once a year and only 2% to 2.5%. Health benefits for families is semi pricey compared to other Health Insurance companies. Also, we are only offered PPO plans, which again is pricey if you have a family on your benefit plans.
