Pros
Good company with great employees. Many have been there for a very long time and have contributed to shaping the culture.
Cons
Since Centene’s acquisition of Health Net, the company has taken a nosedive in culture. For example, hiring people who don’t have industry experience and who carry a lot of ego. HR doesn’t handle management issues after multiple grievances. Too much favoritism. Lack of career growth depending on which department and who you report into.
