Pros

Started off good - good communication, good trainer, seemed like there would be good benefits in the future, you get your own cubicle, two monitors. All seemed nice and dandy. Pay was decent too.

Cons

Unacceptable levels of micro-management, and way too many things to learn and remember. You'd be scrutinized for forgetting things. You were judged way too harshly on calls, being silent for mere seconds would get points deducted from your score. 30 minute lunches were strict, and you would be harassed by managers for going over it, even 3 minutes. Every single bathroom break was logged. And again, although the training was extensive, the job required too many things to be remembered, with frequent changes to the point most employees didn't know what they were doing, and not enough support was given to employees in need. Poor communication between departments. Overall, a train-wreck of a poorly ran company, where employees were treated like kids.
