Management is a joke. If you work the floor you're lower than dirt. No chance for advancement even after 10+ years with the company, unless you're friends with the manager. Way overworked and underpaid due to the dangers of the job itself an long exhaustive hours. Mandatory OT and mandatory travel to other clinics 45 minutes to an hour+ from your home clinic. Always short staffed. Lazy employees. Incompetent employees get special treatment while others are worked into an early grave. Managers hide stools so employees can't sit at all through there 10-14 hour shift. Most employees get home at the end of the day and have absolutely no energy to do anything but sleep- even on their days off from being so exhausted.
