Pros
The coworkers were amazing, and made it genuinely hard to move towards the next stage of my career. Very supportive coworkers and supervisors, with positive rather than negative motivation. They kept me on part-time as I began grad school.
Cons
It’s a healthcare data entry job, so it can get stale. Additionally, the wages could have been 10-15% higher, but it did the job for what I needed at that phase in life. Very very little vertical mobility…everyone is happy in their role and rarely leaves, and vertical movement only happened with growth.
