      Pros

      Leadership stands by what is right and always puts the patient first. It's cool to work for a company who has been around for so long and clearly know what they are doing. I'm very busy all day long as HealthDrive is busier than ever. I feel secure in my position, and appreciated by my supervisor.

      There are many patients in need of service.

      Cons

      New(er) CEO is single-handedly destroying all that is good with the company. Volitale environment that stands behind curse/vulgar language in the workplace, and consistently talking down to employees. Mis-managed company at all levels.

      Good employee support during business hours

      Cons

      Terrible health insurance, no paid time off: no paid sick or vacation time; due to their pay structure, you end up doing a lot of required work that you are not paid for
