Pros

Reimbursement Director was awesome, honest fair and very dedicated. I respect Cheryl would definitely work for her again. She is the best boss I've had. Holiday party and summer bbq are nice. coworkers were good except one who is rude, craves attention and causes drama. Free bagels on Fridays

Cons

Too much work ,we needed more help, other areas got more people, not sure why we didn't. Pay was ok,, small raises, dental benefits aren't good don't cover much.

Pros

Benefits are decent, they paint a picture of a decent culture with in office ‘perks’ like free food…

Cons

Severe micromanaging. Recent reviews suggest a flexible schedule?! Wasn’t the case while I was there, far from it. Tracked my every move via HDBS and questioned every moment I was away from my desk, including bathroom breaks….very poor work/ home life balance. I would identify issues with insurance payers, such as remittance address issues and us not receiving payment, and upper management was so involved in micromanaging everyone that important revenue issues were never being resolved. There were a number of issues that prevented claims from being paid, and despite being vocalized, I was blamed as the reason that my department was not collecting the expected revenue. My department was also extremely short staffed and therefore whomever was left had to multitask in unfamiliar areas…You could vocalize logistical departmental concerns and it was as if going on deaf ears. When I started, I was led to believe I was trusted to do the position hired, i had to implement basic standard operating procedures, it was as if those delegated to bill claims were never trained on how insurances worked! I was given a multitude of additional requirements unrelated to my position, and grossly underpaid for it. Extremely dramatic and unprofessional working environment. If someone in upper management or HR didn’t “like” you, then you were gaslit, targeted, and micromanaged as to find reasons to build a case for termination. Not to mention childish and grossly unprofessional conduct from my colleagues, particularly one who was constantly praised for her abrasive demeanor as if it equated to the revenue she brought in… toxic! If someone in upper management favors you, you’ll be encouraged to leave positive feedback on professional networking platforms such as Glassdoor, which makes me question the nature of these ‘perfect’ reviews.

Pros

Joining HealthDrive was the right move for me. It was important for me to work with a team who has a passion and enables others to thrive. Compassion, Respect, Reliability, and Integrity are just a few reasons I've enjoyed becoming part of such an outstanding team!

Cons
