Pros

Employees get free food Tuesdays and Fridays. Company does a lot of volunteer work. Location is nice and the office is spacious.

Cons

Management does not care about you and are very unapproachable. They only care about numbers for the day and consistently micromanage everyone. Everyone is very cliquey.

I want to grow in my career and my manager has been extremely supportive and available for mentorship. I feel like whenever I want to review a challenge or strategize in general, my manager has doors wide open. I recently needed something from HR and it was the easiest experience I have ever had in any of my jobs. So excited for what the future may be for me here.

Cons

It took me a little bit to learn all the different departments.
