Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Terrible company to work for. No support from management. Management doesn’t listen to concerns. Often put in facilities that don’t have enough work to make bonus. These facilities are often very long drives And the mileage reimbursement is not the IRS standard and doesn’t apply until you’ve driven at least 50 miles. If you report to management that you’re not getting enough visits and there’s not enough work in your facility, the response is that you’re just not finding the visits. Terrible benefits, and very low base pay. Physicians and facilities are catered to while all ancillary staff are treated as disposable
