Pros

- Unlimited sick time - Amazing Patented Product - Nice location close to restaurants, the mall, stores and right off the highway for commuters - Work/Life balance -WFH/Remote capability

Cons

Different departments and teams are not willing to take responsibility of certain work as it gets shifted around. We need more support in the Engineering department as company continues to grow.

Pros

HealthEdge aside from the product, has a base of people that are truly incredible. The team has made my experience extremely welcoming and supportive.

Cons

Healthedge can be seen to have some precesses be more manual and less automated than originally anticipated, but, that is a common practic eseen with companies growing rapidly.
