Pros

1) Good work-life balance along with extra recharge holiday after festival day. 2) Tech stack and Product is good. 3) Good employee benefits. 4) Colleagues are supportive.

Cons

1) Ridiculous goals like zero bugs in product release without adopting Industry standard practices. 2) No focus on continuous learning and lack of regular product/ technical overview sessions.

Pros

Pros of this company are that since it is a product based company, there is a good learning curve. There are so many things and technologies you can dive into and get your hands on. People are open and you can freely approach anyone to learn something

Cons

Bad leadership. Leads and Managers are really not upto the mark. They lack updated product knowledge and team management skills. Lots and lots of unnecessary clerical work and document updates are given since there is no clear cut defined process. Lots of time is used in unnecessary meetings and poor management of resources causing overwhelming amounts of work to employees which results in them working for more than 8 hrs. Lots of internal politics are present within this leadership which prevent the company from growing and thriving
