3yThank you for the review. While we're glad you are enjoying many of the perks HealthEdge provides, we're sorry to hear you feel communication is lacking and the workload is unpredictable. From weekly messages from the CEO to annual engagement surveys, we try to keep communication flowing in both directions - to and from the employees.
Workloads can vary based on role, department and even time of year, but we value work-life balance so if you feel overloaded please reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner.
