Work-Life Balance, Top order Management is good, hybrid work culture. Well Known player in US Healthcare, It's Actually a Product base company that has its own in-house framework. DevOps adopted, well automated process flow for integrated Jobs and related segments in building artifacts. They do follow strict Agile, with all scrum activities are followed.

Cons

As a new joiner, it was not that all easy to quickly adapt to the code and the process, they have this planned role out for the product version at every cycle you have to get align. This Could be quite personal, but there is always a question how much you are aligned and would love the Healthcare domain, It could be sometimes hard for one to derive logics on the understanding basis, find this quite difficult sometimes to get deep into the domain. You need to run behind and heavily depend on the Product team that could be very difficult.

The management is simply fantastic. It's encouraging to see the kind of value they place on each individual. The VP, directors, HR, and recruitment team is just wow. It was one of my best interviews ever, and the company was excellent. I appreciate Shivi, Sanjay, Akash, Ujala, Soma, and Malathi's help in making my experience wonderful One of the best in compensation decent work-life balance

Cons

Provide better hardware to staff. It's not bad but definitely better configuration laptops c1an be provided to the employees.

Cons

Work life balance could be better. I guess it depends on the customers you support. Internal process could be better but it is a working progress in the right direction.
