      Pros

      HealthEquity has a great culture. Very collaborative, goal oriented with a focus on work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot of bureaucracy to get decisions made.

      Pros

      Absolutely the best environment I have ever worked in. I have been in this business for over 40 years and none of my former employers hold a candle to the culture that this company has. The culture is extremely employee friendly, the leadership is incredible and always willing to get involved when needed. They believe in recognizing employees for a "job well done". The benefit package gives a lot of options. The leadership believe in a work-life balance and gives many opportunities for time at work to give you a chance to do your work without interruption and encourage vacations.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying employer but culture and benefits makes up for this in my eyes. Some growing pains with systems but a very positive problem as we are #1 in our industry.

      Pros

      I feel valued, I feel my work/contributions matter and help the company. I feel appreciated and recognized. They truly want to hear what is important to our team, member and clients and support those things that matter. I love the Purple Culture and the people.

      Cons

      insurance cost is a bit higher, but they do offer other benefits that offset that as a detractor.
