      Good people and culture

      Pros

      Leadership are open to feedback and listen to their people. I have seen change as a direct response to my interactions with leaders. Career development is encouraged and supported. The new CIO, Eli Rosner, is getting the software department straightened out and on a good path. Fantastic work/life balance!

      Cons

      Projects have been a bit disorganized lately. The culture was negatively impacted by COVID and acquiring another company that did not carefully select people based on culture fit.

      Efficient recruiting and onboarding process, great company culture

      Pros

      Recruiting process is efficient - the initial timeline provided was adhered to, I met with multiple employees for most interviews, and the offer process was straightforward Onboarding was smooth - I had my equipment in advance of my start date, there was a tech onboarding as well as a week long orientation on the company. Excellently run program by knowledgeable HR professionals. Positive company culture - everyone is focused on serving our clients and members and bringing equity to Americans' healthcare expense needs. Team members are kind and helpful.

      Cons

      No downsides to speak of.
