Pros

Great benefits, fair pay (in the beginning), and a lovely and hospitable remote-work environment. HQY is entirely work from home, which helps with the work/life balance, but raises are few and far between unless you apply for a higher position, which is easy to do and easy to achieve with good scores and attendance. Also, benefits (especially their HSA plan) are SPECTACULAR!

Cons

As a CSR I, you'll be trained to handle multiple platforms at once, which may seem like a large burden to carry, especially during "busy season."

I have never worked for a company that rewards good performance like heal the does. Many positions have monthly bonuses and all positions have the opportunity for 2 bonuses per year. Flexible schedules are available. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Some positions work weekend hours.
