Pros

Many people truly care about the work they’re doing.

Cons

Toxic culture. Senior leadership couldn’t care less about the people and doing what’s right - they only care about the bottom line and making significant changes/cuts to make it look like they’re having an impact. Some leaders are the most despicable people I’ve ever worked with/for.

Good work life balance, Great teammates (the native ones, not the H1Bs).

Cons

Too many American jobs going to low paid H1Bs. Leadership stated that this was their goal. They also failed to tell the federal government to kick rocks when they tried to impose experimental drugs on their employees.
