      Pros

      They have good benefits, they request employee feedback, and I feel like the everyday work I do does directly assist people.

      Cons

      Sometimes after 2 years of hard work you are promoted, only to be dragged back to your previous position for 5 months so "we can save some money over the slow season." I'm not an expendable resource you can use till I dry up and throw away. People are not expendable.
