      Pros

      The benefits and compensation are very accommodating. There are many perks to working at HEQ. There are several promotional opportunities available. The company puts on a lot of events for their employees. You are very well compensated for your work.

      Cons

      There are very few cons to working here. Because the company is growing so rapidly, the time with management and training can improve.

      Everyone is friendly and happy to be here! I love this place! It is full of wonder PURPLE people and they know how to do business. It is every single one of the team members who keep this company running efficiently. It is a stellar place to work and I love that there is internal growth in the company.

      Honestly at the moment, I don't have any cons for the company. I do love it here.

      The products and services touch may different parts of the company, which at times can be stifling to moving forward.
