      HealthEquity sets me up for success and growth!

      Pros

      HealthEquity isn't just a job but a place where you can find a growing career. It is perfect if you are just starting out or if you want to advance from where you already are. HealthEquity has a family type atmosphere where you feel like you are important no matter what you do.

      Cons

      HealthEquity is growing quickly and with that the 24/7 call center sees increased calls and sometimes it is hard to keep up with the growth. There are sometimes the call volume can be stressful but at least OT is offered.

We're experiencing all the growth of the business directly due to the growth of the people. Most think that the business grows and the team needs to keep up - but it's the people that are growing the business at HealthEquity.

      This is a fantastic company to work for! Everyone treats you like family. The benefits are very generous.

      Pros

      I love the people. The happy atmosphere, and kind people. All the people here from the new hire to all upper management are treated the same. I have never worked for a company that cares about their employees the way Health Equity does.
