      Cons

      A once great company culture that rotted away into a gangrenous, toxic workplace. This organization is looking for anyway to implement AI to replace its teammates. I do not trust this organization to even keep my own information safe with the amount of AI they are deploying. Beware of the cliques and leadership who should not be leaders in fact.

      Pros

      Collaborative and capable peers who genuinely care about doing good work. The company’s mission to connect health and wealth is inspiring, and there are real opportunities to improve processes and deliver measurable results. My team had strong analytical talent and a shared focus on making transformation stick.

      Cons

      Executive communication during the reduction in force was impersonal and lacked transparency. Despite strong performance, employees were left in the dark about next steps, internal opportunities, and timelines. The handling of severance and internal rehire attempts felt disconnected and procedural rather than people-centered.
