      great benefits. fantastic teammates, great pay

      Cons

      hardly anyone on my team was actually meeting goal during peak season, but they successfully ended my performance plan and then fired me. knowing i was in a car accident and also knowing how hard i worked and how i genuinely cared about taking care of every case i worked. poor leadership.

      Pros

      100% remote and company provided equipment but that’s all!

      Cons

      Constant website and system crashes that you count against your reps. Timing everything like an egg being boiled. Massive fraud issues on member accounts and often multiple fraud.Mobile App that needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Policies always changing to mitigate issues instead of resolve from the ground up. Just build a website that doesn’t crash all the time already! And people micromanaged with a $17 an hour paycheck and required to work OT all the time, but they’ll leave that out at the interview.
