      Benefits are decent, teammates are helpful and supportive

      Company doesn’t actually value their employees, pay is low for the skills required for the position, PTO is rarely approved even with significant notice, company promises inclusivity and understanding of those with disabilities but does not deliver on this at all, departments do not communicate well leaving a constant disconnect that hinders employees and members, management is not nearly as knowledgeable as they should be (most teammates know more than management), Member Service is treated like a revolving door with constant layoffs and new hires, there are constant system issues that fall back on the employees and hurt our metrics

      great benefits. fantastic teammates, great pay

      Cons

      hardly anyone on my team was actually meeting goal during peak season, but they successfully ended my performance plan and then fired me. knowing i was in a car accident and also knowing how hard i worked and how i genuinely cared about taking care of every case i worked. poor leadership.
