      Pros

      I enjoy the wellness programs, unlimited time off, work / life balance, fair pay, annual bonus, company contributions to my HSA, ERG's, and interesting and challenging project work. In the past year, our Leaders have been trained in core leader compencies and this has certainly made a difference.

      Cons

      Limited access to comprehensive data makes it challenging to definitively measure the team's impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
