A company with a moral core

Pros

HealthEquity is a company whose leaders have a moral compass. These morals are reflected the company’s goals and structured into their rules and policies. The company’s goals are spelled out and broken into smaller goals. Everyone, from the CEO to the new hire knows where HealthEquity is headed and part of your raise and bonus is based on whether the company hits those goals. In short, it’s a company you can feel good about working for.

Cons

HealthEquity outsources it’s FMLA and ADA to a third party, Aflac. It’s badly mismanaged and extremely hard to navigate. So if you have a disability and choose to work at HealthEquity be prepared to deal with uncaring, incompetent, bureaucracy.
